Do you offer international delivery?
Good news, international delivery is now available! Shipping cost are calculated during checkout depending on the size of your order. Note international shipping from the USA is costly. Zinaiz is constantly working to find the lowest possible cost.

What type of sizing do you use on your site?
All sizing information can be found under each individual product sizing guide. Not all garments are sized the same so please check sizing for each garment you are interested in. Different garments may differ between alternate body types that they are designed for.

What is your return policy?
If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase you may return any items for the cost of returned items as long as they are undamaged and unworn. Please double check your purchase order and sizing before buying, for shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order as long as you send a request to cancel before the items have shipped through the contact page. Orders generally ship within 24-48 hours.

How do I track my order? How long will it take to arrive?
If you wish to receive tracking information just send in a request through the contact page after making your order and you will receive the tracking number as soon as your items are shipped. Otherwise, all orders can be expected to arrive within two weeks.

Why are items so limited?
At this time all items are handmade by me. I am only able to make as much as I can with the amount of material that I can find. Some materials I can get more of, others I cannot. if you see something you like that is no longer available in your size please feel free to send me a request for it through the contact page. If I am able to find the material again I will make it in your size at no additional charge to you! If you just can't exactly find what you are looking for, consider having a custom garment made fit to you which can be ordered on the the custom order page.

How much is shipping? ha
Shipping is $5.95 for small packages and $9.95 for large packages for domestic orders. However if you live in the USA, all orders over $150 are free! All international orders will vary by location.
